Tolima. 1871, 5c. deep brown,large margins, and 10c. blue, marginal vertical pair from the base of the sheet, each tied by "N" of Neiva and pen strokes on judicial cover to Caguán, with the rate being confirmed in manuscript as corresponding to 50 grams.
