1869, Oct. 8. Entire letter from Valparaiso, bearing 5c. orangish red tied by "10" due marking, with red c.d.s. on dispatch alongside; also a 15 June 1872 envelope from Serena to Carrizal, paying the 10c. double rate plus 5c. for the coastal boat carriage with 5c. and 10c., each tied by cork cancel of black squares, with fine "Serena/Chile" c.d.s. in purple at left.
