1862, 20c. green, strip of four, just touched at left and cut slightly into at top right, otherwise well margined, used to pay the 80 centavos foreign destination rate up to 2 1/2 oz on 25 Nov. 1864 entire letter from Valparaiso to Cobija (Bolivia), tied by "Cancelled" barred ovals with red "Santiago/Chile" c.d.s. in centre. One of the very few known 20 centavos strips on cover, this being further enhanced by being addressed to a foreign destination. SFC 12. Ex Sabbatini and Menéndez.
