P.´´ handstamp illustrated with anchor, franked on dispatch with Great Britain 6d. (defective). One of only four known combination covers, all being cover fronts, exhibiting a combination of Ottoman maritime issues and a foreign postal administration issue. A rarity of Turkish postal history.
