Distilled and matured at the Macallan distillery, Scotland.
Distilled in 1957 and bottled in 1983, this is one of the rarer releases by the Macallan bottled for Italian importer Rinaldi.

Good label.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A deep and very complex nose opens up to caramel, forest fruits, and some winter spice.

Palate: On the palate the spice intensifies now joined by cocoa, dried fruits, and cinnamon.

Finish: The finish is long, with the aforementioned spice leading the way.
