Winemaker Notes: “Cockburn´s style has always been synonymous
with softness and elegance as opposed to the concentration
and power that characterise other Porthouses such as Taylor´s
and Graham´s. However, Cockburn has also always been reliable,
consistent and delightfully easy-drinking. The 1967
vintage has a mature, copper-tin hue, meaty, earthy and driedberry
notes on both the nose and the palate, followed by a reasonably
long finish.”
