1909年蘭州府寄陝西涇陽縣紅條封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍2分1枚，銷甘肅蘭州府己酉正月廿二中文腰框戳，另蓋蘭州捌紅色碑型戳，經西安中轉，有西安己酉二月初二中文腰框中轉戳，信封正面另手寫“信資給清”，附原信，戳記清晰，保存完好，手寫信資給清紅條封不多見
