1902 (14 Aug.) registered red band envelope to Peking (20.8) bearing CIP 1c. and 10c. cancelled by "Shunteh/Post Office" rectangular tombstone in red, and unframed "R" handstamp, on reverse showing "Chengting/Post Office" tombstone handstamp and oval Peking bilingual c.d.s., small part of back cover missing, fine.


1902年順德府寄北京雙掛號紅條封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍1分10分各一枚，銷順德府郵政局紅色碑型戳及R戳，經正定府中轉，有正定府郵政局碑型中轉戳，及北京郵政局8月2日英漢橢圓到達戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好，國內郵資減資時期雙掛號特殊郵資少見
