1901 (29 Aug.) registered envelope to Paris bearing CIP 4c. and 10c. cancelled by "Foochow Arsenal" bilingual segmented c.d.s. in violet, another good strike alongside and "Pagoda Anch" (29.8) c.d.s. on front, in combination with HK Q.V. 2c. pair and 10c. with "I.P.O." framed tie-print and "Victoria/Hong Kong" (3.9) c.d.s., showing unframed "R" in violet, very fine and fantastic usage.


1901年福州寄法國雙掛號印刷品封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍4分10分各一枚，香港女王像2先2枚，10先1枚，蟠龍銷紫色福州船政8月29日英漢文戳，另蓋紫色R戳，香港票騎縫福州IPO戳，經羅星塔，香港中轉，有羅星塔8月29日小圓戳，香港票銷9月3日香港掛號專用日戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好，銷福州船政郵戳郵件非常罕見
