1899 (27 Mar.) envelope to Hoiphong (31.3) bearing CIP 10c. tied by unidentified postmark, showing "Pakhoi" dollar dater, in combination with HK Q.V. 10c. cancelled by "Hoihow/A" c.d.s. and unframed "Stamped" handstamp, on reverse showing good strike of "Kiungchow" dollar dater, cover roughly opened, fine.


1899年北海寄東京海防實寄封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍10分1枚，香港女王像10仙1枚，蟠龍銷北海八卦戳，另銷北海郵政局3月27日大圓戳，香港票手寫防盜，經瓊州中轉，有瓊州郵政局28日大圓戳，香港票銷海口29日英國可郵戳，另有海防3月31日到達戳，信封封舌部分缺失，不影響參展，郵戳郵路皆清晰，保存較好，少見
