1883-1884 Liu Yongfu's rare cinnabar character "Tiger" large hanging scroll, dating from the period of the Sino-French War (December 1883 to April 1884), this tiger character is peculiar in shape, and the writing is flying, with extraordinary momentum. There are several seals on it, including Liu Yongfu's official and private seals.
It is only seen in China that the Ziqia District Museum of the Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi has a collection of Liu Yongfu's ink painting of the tiger character in the hall, but the tiger character is written in cinnabar, and only this picture is currently seen. It is an important cultural relic of the Sino-foreign war history in the late Qing Dynasty in China. Due to its age, it is slightly damaged. Size: 81x265cm (calligraphy size 66.5x137cm)


黑旗將軍劉永福罕見硃砂"虎" 字巨幅中堂, 年代約為中法戰爭時期 (1883年12月至1884年4月), 此虎字做型奇特, 筆走龍飛, 氣勢超凡. 抽象之中突顯了虎之威嚴肅殺之氣, 正值中法之戰, 實足以大振軍威. 上蓋有"越南男爵天朝將軍" 圓型篆書朱文印, 右上蓋 "記名提統領福字全軍關防" 長方形篆書朱文印. 篆書"嶺海鎮臣" 朱文印, 左下鈐"淵亭" 朱文印及"臣劉永福" 白文印. 國內僅見廣西壯族自洽區博物館有藏劉永福墨繪虎字中堂, 但以硃砂書虎字, 目前則僅見此幅. 䆬為中國清末中外戰史之重要文物. 因年代久遠, 略有破損. 尺寸: 81x265cm (書法尺寸66.5x137cm),
