(Pick S2237D), PMG 66EPQ Gem Uncirculated. One of only three notes in the PMG population report and this example the single highest grade. The other two notes are a distant 58 and 53 without an EPQ status and thus this note is by far the choicest known to date. Extremely rare and a splendid offering!
