1912年枕頭寄德國雙掛號封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍加蓋宋體中華民國4分2枚，光復紀念1分2分3分5分各一枚，共和紀念1分2分3分5分各一枚，銷枕頭12月28日英漢腰框戳，另蓋枕頭英文掛號戳，及AR戳，有德國13年1月12日到達戳，保存完好，光復共和紀念郵票首年使用少見
