East Szechwan: Chungking: 1941 (9 Jan.) envelope to England bearing $6.15 franking with Dah Tung $1 with framed overprint and Chung Hwa $5 bearing violet handstamp without frame tied by Chungking dotted c.d.s. and with large censor seal at left. Good to fine. The air postage rate of $5.65 is very scarce (June - August 1940) an should have been $5.90 for a total of $6.40
