1938 (21 Jan.) to local cover, bearing Hong Kong stamp 5c with Hong Kong c.d.s. This stamp was allowed for postage stamp usage from 11th to 20th Jan. 1938. On the 21st Jan. usually only the 7 am postmark is seen, because it is put into the postbox on the 20th night, and the cover is taken out on the morning of the 21st with 7 am postmark. The cover will be treated as arrears if the cover is posted after 7 am on the 21st. So this cover is rare.
