1960年天津本埠实寄封1件，贴普8.4分1枚，销少见天津5民7月4日紫色胶质日戳，为六十年代初民办邮局专用日戳，有落地戳，收信人为著名音乐家袁景兰先生，邮戳清晰，保存完好，民办邮局兴起于大跃进时期，全国各地均有出现，因其存在时间极短，留存实寄封非常少见
