1947年牡丹江雙掛號寄哈爾濱保險信函實寄封1件，信封由原偽滿時期郵政局軍郵所郵政公事封改制，上蓋郵政保險信函紅色長框戳，貼東北解放區毛像5元，200元及毛像改值100元各一枚，銷牡丹江市局11月1日戳，另蓋牡丹江郵政局雙掛號戳，有哈爾濱11月2日到達戳，戳記清晰，封口處貼保險郵件封口紙，保存完好，少見
