1941年東川南平鎮寄美國航掛封1件，貼倫敦一版孫像2分2枚，港版孫像2分50分各一枚，5分2枚，港版烈士2.5分2枚，孫像加蓋暫作肆分2枚，不同地方加蓋暫作三分7枚，航空25分1枚，銷東川南平鎮1月1日戳，經香港中轉有6日戳，另蓋香港檢查戳，有美國3月4日到達戳，保存完好，孫像各地加蓋暫作三分混用一封者少見
