1940年北京經美國寄英國實寄封1件，貼倫敦一版孫像25分1枚，銷北京6月29日戳，因郵資不足，在北京局作欠資處理，蓋紫色欠資戳，到達英國時經英國軍事檢查，貼檢查重封條，並騎縫蓋欠資戳，並加貼英國欠資票3分1枚，銷倫敦8月21日戳，保存完好，民國時期經檢查並加貼欠資郵票郵件少見
