1939年北戴河寄英國雙掛號封1件，貼倫敦一版孫像5分6枚，京版烈士30分2枚，合資90分（25+15+25+25），為9月1日前超重國際雙掛號郵資，銷北戴河海濱10月13日英漢三格戳，另貼北戴河海濱國際掛號條，經天津中轉有14日戳，背貼掛號回執殘條，保存完好，39年9月1日民國郵政進行國際郵資調整，平信郵資為50分，掛號50分，回執50分，此封為給據郵件，需交郵局窗口寄遞，但仍沿用前期郵資而未作欠資處理，非常少見
