1937 (31 July) Tientsin " via Siberia" to France registered cover, on the reverse, bearing First London Print Dr.Sun 25c.(2), tied by Tientsin c.d.s. with Shanghai transit (8.8), France arrival c.d.s. (25.8); Because the war in Tientsin, Therefore, the mail can not go to the Siberian postal route as requested by the sender, and can only be forwarded to Shanghai and changed to the Pacific Post Route. Very rare anti-war postal history material.


1937年天津東北軍軍長戢勁成之女寄法國掛號封1件，信封手寫郵路指示經西伯利亞，貼倫敦一版孫像25分2枚，銷天津7月31日戳，經上海中轉，有上海8月8日戳，及法國8月25日到達戳，保存完好，此封寄出正值“天津抗戰（史稱天津大出擊）”結束，此次戰役為抗戰時期中國軍隊第一次主動出擊之戰役，7月30日戰役以失敗結束，天津淪陷，天津總站被炸毀，由於天津總站為中國經西伯利亞鐵路重要中轉站，因此郵件無法按寄信人要求走西伯利亞郵路，只能轉寄上海，改走太平洋郵路，非常難得之抗戰郵史郵集素材
