1933 (15 Feb.) to England "via Siberia" air mail postage due cover, bearing aviation stamp 15c. and other, total franking 25c. Except the aviation stamp, all tied by Tientsin c.d.s.; Due to the early postal regulations of the Republic of China that aviation stamps could only be used as aviation fees, they could not be used as postage. Therefore, this cover is to be postage due, when arrival England adding half d. (1) and 1d. (2) tied by England c.d.s. (20.3). Fine and very rare.


1933年天津寄英國實寄封1件，信封手寫郵路指示經西伯利亞，貼北京二版航空15分，及其它郵票6枚，合資25分，航空郵票未銷戳，其它郵票銷天津2月15日戳，由於民國早期郵政規定航空郵票僅可作為航空費，不能作為信資，因此郵件做欠資處理，蓋T戳，到英國後另蓋欠資戳，並加貼英國欠資票半便士1枚，1便士2枚，銷英國3月20日戳，保存完好，此種因航空郵票按郵政規定不能作為信資使用之原因造成欠資郵件非常少見
