1928年上海經廣州香港寄土耳其上海至廣州第一次飛行首航封1件，信封正面蓋首航紀念戳，貼北京版農獲圖13分1枚，憲法1分1枚，銷上海12月17日戳，依次有廣州18日中轉戳，香港19日中轉戳，而後轉回廣州，再前往土耳其，有廣州21日機蓋中轉戳，有土耳其中轉戳，及到達戳，此封郵路複雜且撲朔迷離，值得研究，中國早期航空郵政史郵集難得素材
