1916 (1 Feb.) red band cover from Shikiachwang to Peking bearing Junk 3c. on reverse cancelled by "Peking-Hankow First Section No. 16" T.P.O. (First Year of Hung Hsien Empire) c.d.s., showing Shihfangyuan arrival c.d.s. (2.2) on front. Good example of a railway post office c.d.s. used in the Hung Hsien First Year.


1916年石家莊寄北京紅條封1件，貼北京一版帆船3分1枚，銷京漢第一段（洪憲）元年二月一日中文腰框火車戳，有直隸什方院元（五改元）年二月二日中文腰框到達戳，保存完好，洪憲元年火車郵戳少見
