People's Bank of China, 4th series renminbi, 1980-1990, 1 yuan, 1980, ERROR NOTE, serial number GW28249991, inking error on the obverse so that the red underprint appears to be darker and the vignette of the stylised birds at the centre paradoxically appears to be missing a layer of ink and looks to be a lighter colour, (Pick 884a), PMG 63 Choice Uncirculated (Stains) and an unusual appearance
