France: 1859-60 (c.) (9 Aug.) envelope addressed to the captain of the French frigate 'Le Laplace" in Hong Kong, routed via Suez and bearing imperf. Napoleon 20c. (2) cancelled petit chiffres lozenge with St. Brieuc despatch c.d.s. and a good strike of boxed "P.P." in red; there are no markings on the reverse. A fresh and most attractive and delightful cover.
