5c. on 5ca. olive-yellow, a complete sheet of forty from setting IV with sheet margins on three sides (the sheet margin at foot was removed for surcharging). with full original gum. This sheet shows the distinctive positional varieties including the catalogued varieties of rounded corner (2b) left pane [16] and break in top left corner square (1) as well as broken character yin left pane [20], rounded top right corner (3) right pane [12].


There are a few small tone spots on the reverse and the gum shows some light ageing, nevertheless, this is a well centred sheet displaying good colour and in a fine state of preservation. Complete sheets are very scarce and we estimate that there are fewer than five remaining extant. Chan 33; S.G. 36. Photo
