First Printing on Thin Laid Paper: 2ca. light, bright green, a lower margin pair tied on piece by "customs/chinkiang" dated 1894 (24 Dec.); there are a couple of faint age marks which do not detract from this unusual and important piece. This does appear to have been cut from an envelope and with Peter Holcombe note on the reverse.. Photo
