1c. on 1ca. reddish orange variety surcharge inverted cancelled by a neat strike of the Hankow Dollar dater with clear date of 1897 (7 July); good even margins particularly wide at each side. A fine example of this scarce variety. Photo

The wide margin shows that this originated from the side of the pane, the surcharge characterists suddest the surcharge is left pae [13]
