1949年青島寄美國實寄封1件，貼航空加蓋長框改作10000元20000元各一枚，行動郵局500元1枚，重慶中華版孫像加蓋金元10元20元50元100元各一枚，銷青島2月25日戳，另蓋發水陸路運寄副戳，有上海3月3日中轉戳，寄美國4月7日到達戳，保存完好，國幣郵票49年使用少見
