1913年伊朗寄上海郵政公事封1件，銷SCHIMERAN8月4日戳，另銷德黑蘭同日戳，及黑色掛號戳，郵件於30日到達上海，有當日上海俄國客郵局到達戳，而後郵件經俄國日本等多地中轉，在郵寄過程中邊緣破損，因此貼歐德國在華客郵代封紙寄俄國帶奉旨，保存完好，少見
