1. 1949 (1 May) official envelope addressed to London bearing first type surcharge 1c. on $10 on $5000 (formal value), 5c. on $20 on $5000 (formal value) and 8c. on $50 on $10,000 (formal value) tied by a fine strike of Chinese/English dotted c.d.s. There is a further c.d.s. on the reverse along with a detailed description of the stamps. A rare and spectacular first day cover. William Jones W2, 4, 6

2. 1949 (1 May) Official envelope bearing machine printed surcharges in blocks of four with 1c. on $10 on $3000 (formal), 5c. on $20 on $5000 (simple) and 8c. on $50 on $10,000 (simple), each block os cancelled by the Chinese/English dotted circle c.d.s. with a further strike alongside (without backstamps). A rare first day cover which is believed to be the only example bearing the set of three in blocks of four. William Jones W7, 8, 10

3. 1949 (10 May) envelope registered locally bearing, on the reverse, 1c. on $10 on $3000 (formal) and 5c. on $20 on $5000 (formal) pair and singles (2) tied by Watlam Chinese/English dotted c.d.s. with a further strike alongside; a little roughly opened at top and the address side with manuscript registration number. 1949年貼廣西郁林包裹印紙加蓋銀元郵票封3件：1，廣西省郁林營業稅局中式公函封1件，貼包裹印紙廣西郁林加蓋銀元郵票四方連1套，均正中銷郁林三十八年五月一日中英文三格點線戳，信封空白處另銷相同日戳，此封為廣西郁林加蓋銀元郵票首日預銷封；2，廣西省郁林營業稅局寄英國中式公函封1件，貼包裹印紙廣西郁林加蓋銀元郵票1套，均騎縫銷郁林三十八年五月一日中英文三格點線戳，信封背後另銷相同日戳，背後鋼筆手寫郁林加蓋銀元郵票發行之相關報導，此封為廣西郁林加蓋銀元郵票首日封；3，1949年郁林縣政府寄桂林省財政廳雙掛號公函封1件，貼包裹印紙廣西郁林加蓋銀元郵票1分1枚，5分4枚，合資21分，銷郁林5月10日三格點線日戳，有桂林5月15日到達戳，為郁林加蓋銀元郵票延期使用實例，均保存完好。廣西郵區於49年5月1日郵資以銀元計算由於銀元郵票未能按時下發，郁林郵政局局長自行將庫存已加蓋金元之包裹印紙手工加蓋銀元票紙以應急需，于當年5月1日開始使用，直至7日銀元郵票運抵後即行停售，其發售時間僅7天，售出郵票極少，實寄封更為珍罕，為民國銀元郵票時期大珍品
