1902年天津寄比利時明信片1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍1分1枚，銷天津7月26日小圓戳，因郵資不足做欠資處理，蓋T戳，經上海中轉，有上海8月1日小圓戳，及同日上海法國客郵局戳，到達比利時後貼比利時10分欠資票，銷9月5日戳，片背為駐天津侵華士兵，保存完好
