1899年福州寄廣州紅條封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍2分1枚，銷福州6月26日小圓戳，另蓋信力已付勿索五給副戳，有廣州7月3日到達小圓戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好，為福州小圓戳早期使用例
