1897 (6 Nov.) an envelope to U.S.A. bearing I.C.P. 1c (2) tied by Tientsin Pa-kua canceller, showing Tientsin dollar date chop alongside, transit via Shanghai with dollar dater (10.11), bearing also Japan 1s stamp tied by (13.11) c.d.s., with U.S.A. arrival c.d.s. (9.12). An example of using I.C.P. stamp on its first year of issue.


1897年天津寄美國印刷品實寄封1件，貼石印版蟠龍1分2枚，日本郵票2分1枚，蟠龍銷天津八卦戳，另銷天津11月6日大圓戳，經上海中轉，有上海11月10日大圓戳，日本票銷上海11月13日日本可有戳，有美國12月9日到達戳，保存完好，為石印版蟠龍首年使用例
