1888 (26 Mar.) an open-out envelope to Japan, stamps falling off, showing unframed Foochow Custom Mail Matter oval cachet in red, Foochow Custom c.d.s. and I.J.P.A. in Shanghai (30.3) c.d.s., with Kobe arrival c.d.s. (3.4), repair strips adhere at the edges of the cover. The only one known unframed Foochow Custom Mail Matter chop used on cover.


1888年福州寄日本神戶實寄封1件，右上角蓋紅色英文無外框海關公文戳，銷紅色福州3月26日海關戳，原加貼日本郵票脫落遺失，經上海中轉，有上海29日海關戳，上海30日日本客郵局日戳，並有日本神戶4月3日到達戳，信封邊緣經輕微修補，並不影響郵戳，保存較好，其福州無框式海關公文戳為最新發現，未見任何戳目記載，為目前所知存世孤品，非常罕見
