1905 (23 Sep.) Tientsin to Madagasikara postcard, bearing franking C.I.P.4c. on both side, because one stamp was on picture side, postman misunderstanding postage shotage, so put "T" on, when postcard transit at Hong kong, the HK postman found the other stamp, and cross the "T" mark, and tied it by HK c.d.s., Madagasikara 8 Nov. arrival c.d.s.alongside. it is rare from China post to Africa in Qing Dynasty.
