(19.3), bearing C.I.P. 1c.pair brownish orange, paying the printed paper rate, tied by Canton bilingual c.d.s. and showing alongside very unusual transit handstamp, "Found in Tie Sack Turned in as/ Empty, San Francisco, Cal." in purple; some edge wear.
