1902 (26 Sep.) Hwanghsien to Weihsien red band cover, on the address side, bearing 1c. Coiling Dragon, orange, tied by rare red Hwanghsien Shantung Imperial Branch P.O. Lunar Dater. On the reverse, has Laichow 27 Sep. and Shaho 28 Sep. transit Lunar Dater, Weihsien 29 Sep. arrival Oval Dater alongside. The cover is in her good condition. Probably the only covers bears a Shantung Type Imperial Branch P.O. Lunar Dater Impressed in the red color.
