Tibet, Xuan Tong, first year (1909), AE Quarter-Sho 8.58g, inscription similar to previous lot except that legend in the lower trapezium gives the denomination: zho 'i 4/1 ("1/4 of the Sho") (YZM 630/631; KM. Y#B7), PCGS AU55

Note that in Tibetan language fractions are written with the denominator placed above and the numerator below which is the opposite to the Western way of writing fractions.
