Weihsien: 1903 (27 Dec.) red band envelope to Kiukiang bearing pair of C.I.P. ½c. tied by Weihsien dated oval in purple and bearing, on the reverse, a fair strike of Nanchang Post Office tombstone overstruck by a very fine strike of Weihsien number 3 numbered dater in red (with red circle struck in the same ink) along with Kiaochow (28.12), Shanghai (2.1) and Kiukiang (5.1) bilingual c.d.s.
