1949 Su-Kia-Fow hand-surcharge with 'West Anhwei Liberation Area' reported in upper and lower tablets, and 'Changed to Silver Yuan 5c.' in middle on Sun Yat Sen G.Y. surcharge 5c. on $20 red, 5c. on $70 violet-grey, used, both damaged left upper and lower corner, still a rare stamp.
