An interesting collection of Family New Postal Cards. After the Franco-German Armistice on 22 June 1940, the Germans allowed personal correspondence in the form of "family news" postal cards. Communication was strictled to personal messages. Includes three cards printed locally in Indochina without "Hourriez" below the indicium variety, who worked for the postal administration and signed the engraving with his name on the Iris motif card. These local cards catalogue Euro 600 each in ACEP and usage from Annam is not listed. Total 17 items.
