Prisoner of war postal history collection (total 11 items), including Japanese censored mail, notification letter, official notification of death, a red cross mail and some internment camp correspondence. To keep secret the fact that POW prisoners had been moved into Indochina, Japanese authorities prevented prisoners from indicating Indochina on their outgoing postcards. After the end of the war and before repatriation, Saigon was allowed as the location. A scarce assembly.
