Arms issue with varnish lines, complete setting of twenty-five from the right pane including all the positional varieties in this pane, mint with origin gum, few rust spots and reinforcement at places with hinges, exceptional block which is illuminated in the article by Dr. Wen-Shiang Chen of Taiwan published in Hong Kong Philatelic Society Journal No. 11 (2017), second largest multiple block, very fine and rare.
