1900 (17 November) stampless cover addressed to France endorsed 'Corps d'Occupation de Quang Tcheou-Wan' cancelled 'Pointe-Nivet/Indo-Chine Francaise' cds with Quang Techeou/Indo-Chine transit on reverse and undated circular 'Corps Exped. Tonkin' with Morbihan arrival (2 January 1902) on reverse. Very rare item from Pointe-Nivet in the French Territory of Kouang-Tcheou.
