1944 During the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong, a property lease was stamped by the "Hong Kong Occupied Territory Governor's Office House Registration Office" (with the stamp of the executive officer "Shigehisa" next to it) and re-verified. This contract was originally signed by solicitor Man Kam Lo in 1938 before the war, and a Hong Kong government tax stamp of $100 was affixed. This kind of pre-war property lease contract that was re-verified by the Japanese occupation government is relatively rare.


1944年日治香港時期, 經 "香港佔領地總督部家屋登錄所" 蓋章 (旁再有執行官員"重久" 圖章) 再檢定的房産租賃契約. 此契約原於戰前的1938年經羅文錦律師辦理, 並貼香港政府一百元稅票. 這種經日佔政府再檢定房戰前産租賃契約較少見.
