1944 a copy of the "Certificate of Loss and Guarantee" issued during the Japanese Occupation of Hong Kong. A man named "Wu Jin" lost the oblong seal used for Sincere Company shares and replaced it with a rectangular one. The two companies jointly signed this guarantee and also published a lost notice in the Overseas Chinese Daily.


1944年 (民國33年, 昭和19年)香港日佔時期 "遺失證明及保證書" 一份. 一名為 "吳進" 的人仕遺失了先施公司股份專用的長圓形圖章, 而改用長方形圖章. 由两間公司共同立下此保證書, 並於華僑日報刊登遺失啟示.
