1912 The government of the Republic of China issued 20 pound bonds (Crisp gold loan). The lower left and lower right are respectively printed with the Chinese signature of the Chief Financial Officer Zhou Xuexi and the English signature of the Chinese Minister to the UK Liu Yulin.
