1890s two rare albumen photos of Guangdong Beijiang , from the album of American missionary Benjain Couch Henry, Because there were many bandits in Beijiang at that time, few foreigners set foot there. If Westerners wanted to go there, they had to apply for approval from officials and be escorted by government troops. Therefore, early images of Beijiang are rarely seen. Size: 11.5x19.5cm
Note: American missionary Benjain Couch Henry was the earliest initiator of Lingnan University in Guangzhou and served as the second supervisor of Lingnan University from 1893 to 1895.


1890年代少見的廣東北江蛋白照片两枚, 來自美國傳教士Benjain Couch Henry 的相册, 因當年北江多盗賊, 所以很少外國人涉足, 並且西人若要前往, 必須向官員申報批核, 在官方派兵護送方可前往, 故北江的早期影像從來少見. 尺寸: 皆11.5x19.5cm 註:美國傳教士Benjain Couch Henry是廣州嶺南大學最早向倡辨人, 1893-1895年間任職嶺南大學第二任監督.
